RETURNS

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for return, the item MUST be in good condition and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt for proof of purchase. Please understand that we are not doing exchanges due to COVID-19 and the safety of all of our customers.

REFUND

Once we have received and inspected your items, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If a refund is approved we will initiate a refund to your original form of payment. You should receive it in 3-7 business days depending on our card holders policy.
